We’re a web development company in downtown SLO and are looking for a possible co-working tenant to share part of our office. We’re pretty flexible about the terms and actual space you would use, but here are some options: – between 1 and 3 semi-private work areas with built in desks, chairs, etc – 1 closed office – 1 semi-private meeting area – shared usage of our lobby, bathrooms, kitchen, high-end conference room and flat screen with computer connections, and amazing second floor deck – shared usage of our foosball table – shared usage of our wireless and wired high speed internet with the ability to mount a rack server if needed – shared usage of our voip phone system if needed (extra) – ample parking – 24/7 access to the building We’re primarily a tech company, so anything techie, design-y, or similar would be a good fit, but we’re open to any company.
